Now Hiring: Planet Hollywood New York and Buca di Beppo to create over 400 new jobs in Times Square
Times Square, NY (January 22, 2013) — Planet Hollywood New York is re-opening after extensive and exciting renovations and rolling out the red carpet for New York City’s first ever Buca di Beppo.
In preparation for a March opening, Planet Hollywood New York and Buca di Beppo are hosting a week long job fair to hire more than 400 employees in total between the two concepts..
Approximately 400 positions are required in all areas, including prep cooks, line cooks, dishwashers, servers, bartenders, hosts, wait assistants/bussers, barbacks, merchandise sales associates, cashiers, door hosts, bathroom attendants, accounting clerk, VJ and supervisors. All interested applicants should apply in person at the Millennium Broadway Hotel, 145 West 44th street, New York, NY 10036 from Monday, January 28th through Saturday, February 2nd between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Located at 1540 Broadway, Buca di Beppo will occupy the former top floor of Planet Hollywood New York and Planet Hollywood’s main dining floor has been expanded and completely remodeled. Planet Hollywood guests will still be surrounded by the world’s most incredible memorabilia while they dine on a newly expanded menu including the brand’s signature Chicken Crunch. Staying true to the traditions that have made Buca di Beppo a popular casual-dining Italian restaurant group with more than ninety locations in the United States and Europe, the restaurant will feature its signature quirky décor, complete with irreverent photographs, strings of multi-colored decorative lights, gingham tablecloths and over-the-top service. The menu will include generous portions of quality house-made cuisine including such favorites as freshly Baked Lasagna, Spaghetti with Meatballs “as big as your head,” Spicy Chicken Rigatoni or Veal Saltimbocca.
