IML WORLDWIDE EXPANDS INTO LATIN AMERICA

IML Worldwide, a specialist in the provision of interactive event technology and the global leader in harnessing audience insight, has signed a Channel Partner agreement with Peru-based Stringnet Multimedia System S.A.C. This agreement means IML will have a reseller partner in the growing Latin American market for the first time.

Under the terms of the new Channel Partnership, Stringnet will be making IML’s extensive interactive event hardware and software products available to event organizers throughout Latin America. The product offering will include IML’s multi-award winning IML Connector, an interactive meeting tool, which features high quality built-in microphone and portable PA; a simultaneous interpretation facility; a full text keyboard and full color screen. It also provides advanced voting solutions and individual data tracking, enabling event audiences to contribute content and opinions via messaging and speech. This audience feedback can be compiled to provide event and conference organizers with crucial data during, as well as after, each event. 

Stringnet’s relationship with IML Worldwide began at InfoComm 2012 when the company first came into contact with the IML Connector solution which was used during the conference’s education sessions. Stringnet’s management were impressed with how well received the Connectors were by the conference audience and could see that the devices would fill a need in the Latin American marketplace.
