Teva Brings Adventure To The Slopes

For this Autumn/Winter, outdoor footwear brand Teva® (a division of Deckers Outdoor Corporation NASDAQGS: DECK) has unveiled the Lifty Collection—waterproof

and warm snow boots designed to make life easier for UK-based snowsports fans by keeping the weight down and collapsing into an easy-to-pack size.

Paying homage to the figureheads of mountain town living—Lift Operators or “Lifties”—and their lifestyle defined by powder days and parties, the Lifty Collection forges function with a heavy dose of mountain style to transition adventurers effortlessly from the slopes to après.

The collection’s flagships boots, the Chair 5 for men and the Jordanelle for women, are perfect for the UK. Both weigh in at about half the heft of comparable winter boots and easily compress to fit into hand luggage—one less hassle when packing up for that trip to Chamonix. With lightweight EVA outer materials, a rip-stop waterproof upper and great traction thanks to Teva’s White Spider rubber outsole, the boots delivery where it counts too. Finally, the boots feature a removable 250-gram Thinsulate™ LiteLoft™ liner that can also be worn indoors, ensuring that your feet stay cozy at the chalet party.

In addition to these two flagship models, there are eight more designs in the collection: four for men and four for women. From the men’s Bormio and Loge Peak to the women’s Lenawee and Little Cloud, every boot features 3M Thinsulate™ LiteLoft™ insulation, making the collection ideal for every on-snow and aprés-ski activity.

Born on the Colorado River in 1984, and no stranger to extreme environments, it’s only natural that Teva has evolved into a four-season brand that incorporates water in every form – including frozen!
