Bravida acquires electrical company and complement their offering in Gävle, Sweden
Bravida has signed an agreement to acquire El-teknik i Gävle AB. Through the acquisition, Bravida complements their current offering with services within electricity and becomes a total supplier in the area. El-teknik has 34 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 42 million.
El-teknik work with various services within service and installation of electricity and security solutions. They operate in the entire Gävle-area and in the area around Sandviken, Sweden.
“Until now, we have only offered services within heating & plumbing and ventilation in the area around Gävle. El-teknik has high competence, work in a structured way and is a well-run company that fit well with Bravida. On top of that, we know of each other from working together in some projects.” Said Magnus Ohlsson, Regional Manager, Bravida.
Since 2003, El-teknik is part of the Dedi Group where one of the founders of the company, Hans Engvall, is majority owner. Other owners in the Group are Thomas Johansson, Stefan Lundin and Daniel Norling. Hans Engvall said:
“After 37 years it is time to pass on the company to new owners. I am convinced that the employees will have a good base to continue to develop. Personal development has been one of the company’s most important factors for success. The company will become its own branch in Bravida and Thomas Johansson will be Branch Manager.”
Bravida takes over as owner on 3 June 2019 and the integration will start immediately.
