Bravida acquires Sundins El and strengthens its position in Norrköping
Bravida is acquiring the company Sundins El, thus strengthening its position in electrics, telecommunications and automation in Norrköping. The company currently has sales of around SEK 48 million and 24 employees.
Sundins El was founded in 1985, but was restructured in 2015 with two new co-owners. Today, it operates in the fields of electrics, telecommunications and automation. The company has firm roots in the local community, with many long-standing customer relationships. They create customer-specific solutions in industry, real estate and commercial premises, and also work nationwide with some of their customers.
“It’s an interesting company with development potential, many skilled employees and solid customer contacts. It’s a welcome addition, especially in the field of service,” comments Anders Karlsson, branch manager, and Sven Westdahl, regional manager at Bravida.
The operations of Sundins El will be integrated in Bravida’s Service and Contracting operations, respectively, with co-owner Henrik Hagert taking a holistic approach to the Service operations at Norrköping El. The other two co-owners of Sundins El, Göran Sundin and Sonnie Sundin, will gradually pass on their knowledge and contacts to new employees over time.
“Bravida’s approach to integrating the company in Bravida was more appealing than that of other stakeholders. We have a good feeling about it all and are confident that we’ll be amalgamated in Bravida’s operations going forward,” comment Göran and Sonnie Sundin and Henrik Hagert.
Bravida has taken over as the new owner on 1 June 2021.
