Bravida continues growth in Denmark – acquires Alpedalens VVS A/S

Bravida Danmark A/S has signed an agreement with Hoffmann A/S on the acquisition of Alpedalens VVS in Fredericia, Denmark. Alpedalens VVS has about 35 employees and had a turnover of around 40 MDKK in 2018.

Alpedalens VVS, a Danish plumbing and HVAC company, was founded in 1961 and has been a member of the Hoffman group since 2016. Alpedalens VVS specialises in service and installation of everything from district heating and heat pumps to installation solutions for industries and companies.
    
- I am very pleased to welcome all Alpedalens VVS employees to Bravida. We have cooperated with Hoffman for a long time. The acquisition will extend and further strengthen our collaboration, says Jørn Tønnes, Regional Manager, Region South, Bravida Denmark.

All employees will continue in their current roles. Keld Jørgensen from Bravida will assume the role as Branch Manager.

- Bravida is already well established in this area and I am sure that the acquisition will benefit the customers who currently use Alpedalens VVS. Bravida will take over Alpedalens VVS from 1 December 2019.
