Bravida Denmark expands in Viborg

Bravida Denmark is strengthening their presence in Viborg, Denmark, by acquiring Electric Viborg A/S. The company is one of the leading within electrical service in Viborg, and will complement Bravida’s operations in a growing region.

Electric Viborg has approximately 30 employees today, and it had a turnover of around million 20 DKK during 2016. It is a profitable company with a very competent organisation that mainly focuses on electrical service and security.

The region around Viborg is growing a lot right now, and Bravida is involved in several large projects where we hope to deliver service in the future. With this acquisition we strengthen our capacity to deliver in the projects and we develop our service offer in the area, says Klaus Villefrance, Regional Manager at Bravida Denmark, region North.

The previous owners, Bent Svane, Helle Svane, and Lars Hansen will stay with the company. Lars Hansen becomes Branch Manager, responsible for the organisation within the branch.

– When we decided to sell the business, we searched for a buyer who would take over both employees and customers. We have great confidence in Bravida and their brand and it feels safe to transfer our business to them, says Bent Svane, previous owner of Electric Viborg.

Bravida will take over the business from 2 January 2018.
