Bravida Denmark grows in Copenhagen and the surrounding area

Bravida Denmark is acquiring OETekniq ApS, thereby strengthening its position in electrical, heating and plumbing services and energy optimisation. The company has 18 employees and annual sales of approximately DKK 23 million. 

OETekniq ApS was founded in 2014 by Finn Overby and Thomas Elmgreen. The company’s main customer base is in the service sector, and it has both municipal and public organisations among its customers.

“The acquisition strengthens our capabilities relating to service and brings us even closer to our customers in Copenhagen and the surrounding area. I look forward to welcoming OETekniq to Bravida, as it is a company with strong service agreements and skilled employees,” comments Johnny Brandt, Regional Manager for Region East at Bravida Denmark.

Thomas Elmgreen, one of the two current owners of OETekniq, comments:

“We are looking forward to becoming part of Bravida and consider this move to be a natural part of the continuing development of the business. Our strategy from the start has been to target the service industry and to constantly focus on developing the business and putting it in a good position. Becoming part of a larger group at Bravida gives both us and our customers numerous advantages.”

Bravida will take over as the new owner in September 2023.
