Bravida Denmark strengthens its position in electrical installations and services in Southern Denmark

Bravida Denmark acquires SCAN-EL A/S, thereby strengthening its offering in electrical installations and services. The company has sales of approximately DKK 33 million.

SCAN-EL A/S was founded in 2003 and today operates both within installation and service in Denmark.

"SCAN-EL A/S is one of the leading electricity companies in Southern Denmark, known for having a very good reputation and a strong and loyal customer base. The company is well-run with knowledgeable staff. We look forward to joining our skill sets to continue developing and strengthening the company," comments Jørn Tønnes, Regional Manager for Region South at Bravida Denmark.

Arne Ebbesen and Marc Piil, owners of SCAN-EL A/S, will continue to work at Bravida together with the company's 31 employees. They comment:

"It has been important to us that all workplaces continue to operate, and we are convinced that the acquisition will strengthen the company and benefit SCAN-EL A/S's existing customers. They will now have access to Bravida's many skills and services."

The integration of the company into Bravida will take place from 22 May 2023.
