Bravida Finland strengthens its service offering in southern Finland
Bravida Finland acquires the heating, plumbing and ventilation company Lämpö- ja Wesijohtoliike P. Juutilainen Oy, thereby strengthening its position in the service market in southern Finland. The company has a turnover of EUR 3.1 million and around 16 employees.
The company Lämpö- ja Wesijohtoliike P. Juutilainen Oy was founded in 1932 and is active in the field of repair and maintenance for heating, plumbing and ventilation.
“We are very pleased to welcome Lämpö- ja Wesijohtoliike P. Juutilainen Oy to Bravida. It is a well-managed company with skilled employees, and the acquisition expands our service expertise in southern Finland. This is fully in line with Bravida’s strategy. With this, we are taking a step towards being able to offer our customers significantly more multi-faceted maintenance services,” comments Marko Holopainen, Head of Division Finland at Bravida.
Jyrki Harju, CEO of Lämpö- ja Wesijohtoliike P. Juutilainen Oy, comments:
