Bravida acquires Finnish Adison Oy and strengthens its position as a multi-technical service provider in the fast-growing Helsinki region. The acquired company has about 70 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 190 million.

Adison Oy is a major supplier within replumbing and offers services in electricity, HVAC, ventilation and building construction. With the acquisition, Bravida achieves a stronger market presence in the important metropolitan area.

– This is a strategic acquisition for Bravida. Our goal is to grow in Finland, and with this acquisition we become one of the major suppliers on the growing renovation market with focus on end customers in the Helsinki region, says Mattias Johansson, CEO and Group President of Bravida.

Adison Oy was founded in 1993 and is owned by five private individuals, three of whom are employed in the company.

– With Bravida as owner we gain many competitive advantages, for example within procurement. Furthermore, as part of a larger organisation we have more muscles and can offer cost-effective and high quality solutions to a larger customer base, says Juha Silovaara, CEO, Adison Oy.

Bravida entered the Finnish market in 2015 by the acquisitions of Peko Group and Halmesvaara Oy, followed by the acquisition of Asentaja Group Ab Oy in 2016. Adision Oy is Bravida’s fourth acquisition in Finland.
