Bravida invests in energy consulting and acquires Energibygg AS in Norway

Bravida buys 100 percent of the shares in Energibygg AS and will now be able to offer cutting-edge expertise in energy advice, to new and existing customers.

Energibygg AS has five employees and works with energy consulting, including energy mapping, energy labeling and energy measurements in buildings as well as construction and electro thermography.

“We are very happy about the acquisition of Energibygg AS and a new exciting area, which we now can offer to both new and existing customers. We look forward to working with the expert energy advisors in the company”, says Dag Vidar Kvernbråten, Regional Manager for Region Oslo Service.

Nicolai Dirdal, former Chairman of the Board of Energibygg AS, says:

“We see Bravida as a very competent new owner. The company can thus continue its good development, now as part of a larger company with a more comprehensive customer offering. The sale to Bravida is good for both employees and customers”.

Bravida took over as owner on September 1, 2020 and the business will be a subsidiary of Bravida Norway, but under its own brand.
