Bravida strengthens its position in control and regulation technology in Dalarna by aqcuiring Dala Elmän i Falun AB

Bravida has signed the agreement to acquire Dala Elmän i Falun AB who operates in Falun, Sweden. The company has nine employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 20 million.

The company operates within control and regulation technology which will strengthen Bravida’s control and regulation operations in Dalarna.

– Control and regulation is an important complement to our other operation areas, through this acquisition we create good opportunities for growth in the region, says Mikael Lidström, Division Manager, Bravida Division North.

Dala Elmän I Falun AB was founded in 2006.

– Becoming a part of Bravida gives us more opportunities to develop ourselves and the business, which is very inspiring, says Boris Danielsson, owner of Dala Elmän i Falun AB.

Bravida enters the ownership on 31 december 2015.
