Bravida strengthens its position in electrical services in Söderhamn

Bravida acquires the company El-Installation-Automatik i Söderhamn AB, thereby strengthening its service offering for electrics in Söderhamn and the surrounding area. The company has annual sales of SEK 24 million and 18 employees.

El-Installation-Automatik i Söderhamn AB (Elia) was founded in 2006 and provides electrical services for construction projects and industry. The company is headquartered in Söderhamn and its customer base consists of private companies, public organisations, industrial businesses and private individuals in southern Hälsingland. 

“It feels great to welcome Elia to Bravida. We have common values and we complement each other geographically in Hälsingland. Elia is a well-managed company with a good reputation among its staff, customers and partners. Together we will continue to operate in the local market with our expertise and our service offering," comments Ewa-Lotta Sköld, Branch Manager for Hälsingland Electrics at Bravida.

Anders Holgersson, CEO and co-owner of El-Installation-Automatik i Söderhamn AB, will continue to be part of the business. He comments:

Bravida took over as the new owner on 3 June 2024.
