Bravida strengthens its position in electrics in Falun

Bravida acquires the company Carlgrens Elektriska AB, thereby strengthening its electrical services in Falun and the surrounding area. The company has 25 employees and annual sales of around SEK 42 million.

Carlgrens Elektriska was founded in 1932 and provides electrical services. The company is headquartered in Falun and its customer base consists of various local construction companies, public organisations and private individuals. 

“It feels fantastic to welcome Carlgrens Elektriska and its staff to Bravida. The company has a strong position in Falun and the acquisition will mean we have even more skilled employees and a broader customer base,” comments Mats Axelsson, Regional Manager for the Dalarna, Västmanland and Södermanland Region at Bravida. 

Ulf Carlgren, CEO and owner of Carlgrens Elektriska, and Johan Karlsson, co-owner of Carlgrens Elektriska, will both stay with the business. They comment: 

“It feels very positive to be joining Bravida, as we can become stronger internally as a result of all the functions available at Bravida, and our employees will have even better development opportunities. We feel that Bravida has a good set of values and that its team spirit is as strong as ours.” 

Bravida will take over as the new owner on 1 May 2024.
