Bravida strengthens offering in Blekinge – acquires process piping company

Bravida acquires Karlshamns Rörmontage, bolstering its market position within heating and plumbing in Blekinge. The company has 12 employees and annual sales of approximately SEK 20 million.

Karlshamns Rörmontage offers service and installations for heating and plumbing solutions, mainly to the petroleum and processing industry. The company is located in Karlshamn but operates all over Sweden for different clients.

“The acquisition further strengthens our heating and plumbing offering in Blekinge. In addition, we will gain more specialist competences within the processing industry – a field with great potential for growth”, said Åke Forsberg, Regional Manager, Bravida region Jönköping.

Karlshamns Rörmontage was founded in 2006 in Sölvesborg. The business grew quickly and moved to new office and workshop facilities in 2011.

The company is currently owned by Bengt Johansson. He said:

“I see this as a natural step for continued development of Karlshamns Rörmontage. We will keep our strong local affiliation, which ensures the business's attractiveness for customers and employees. At the same time, being part of a larger group will create exiting possibilities”.

The company will become part of Bravida on November 1, 2018.
