Bravida Sweden acquires Directlarm Bergslagen AB, thereby taking a stronger position in the security sector in Mälardalen and Dalarna.

Directlarm Bergslagen AB was founded in 1995 and has operations in Västerås, Norberg and Falun and surrounding areas. The company offers services in servicing and installation of fire alarms, burglar alarms, access control systems and camera systems. The company has 16 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 20 million.

Mats Axelsson, Bravida’s regional manager in Dalarna, Västmanland and Södermanland, is pleased with the acquisition:

“Directlarm is a well-managed company and will complement our local customer offering in a good way. I look forward to welcoming their competent fitters and officials into Bravida”, he says.

Tommy Ingemarsson, founder and co-owner, has operated Directlarm with Jose Romero and Mikael Johansson since its inception.

“We wanted to enter our next growth phase but needed more muscle. Bravida felt like the right way to go, they have a "healthy" thinking that we recognize from our own business. Our employees will be able to continue working as a group and we too will remain in the business. It feels very exciting”, says Tommy Ingemarsson.

Bravida has assumed ownership of the company.
