Bravida wins court ruling in previously communicated dispute regarding New Stavanger University Hospital
Today, 8 June 2026, the District Court of Rogaland, Norway, issued its ruling in the dispute concerning the New Stavanger University Hospital.
Bravida has received the ruling in the case relating to the New Stavanger University Hospital. The court’s assessment largely finds in favour of the company. According to the ruling, Stavanger Hospital is to pay approximately NOK 330 million excluding VAT, as well as approximately NOK 150 million in interest and legal costs.
“We welcome that this dispute has now reached a ruling and that our position regarding the project has been upheld,” says Mattias Johansson, CEO and Group President at Bravida.
The ruling may be subject to appeal to a higher court.
