Management change in Bravida Division South
Bravida’s internal investigation into why Region Skåne terminated its framework agreement with Bravida Sverige AB shows two things: that intentional overbilling has occurred, and that there have been major deficiencies in the handling of the matter and in the customer relationship with Region Skåne. As a result, the head of Division South will have to leave Bravida.
On April 4, 2024, Bravida initiated an internal investigation following Region Skåne's decision to terminate its framework agreement with Bravida Sverige AB.
The investigation, presented on April 29, 2024, revealed that two public sector framework agreement customers had been intentionally overbilled by Bravida's local department, Malmö El Service. The matter has been reported to the police and the responsible manager has been suspended. Furthermore, the investigation showed that one of the affected customers, Region Skåne, was treated in an unacceptable manner. The responsible division manager has shown a failure to act in the matter.
"Given what has happened, I have concluded that Division South needs new leadership. I have therefore asked Anders Ahlquist, head of Division South, to leave Bravida," comments Mattias Johansson, CEO and Group President at Bravida.
Lars Täuber, head of Division Central, will in addition to his current role take on the role as acting head of Division South.
