Prior to the Annual General Meeting on April 24, Bravida's Board of Directors has decided to withdraw the proposals for dividend and the introduction of a long-term incentive program (LTIP) 2020. If allowed by external conditions, the Board's ambition is to convene an extraordinary general meeting during the autumn to resolve on the proposals.

As previously announced, Bravida's Annual General Meeting will be held on April 24, 2020 at 1:00 pm in the company's premises, Mikrofonvägen 28, Hägersten.

In the current uncertainty as a result of covid-19, the Board of Directors of Bravida has decided to withdraw its proposals to the Annual General Meeting on dividends and the introduction of a long-term incentive program for managers in the company.

If external conditions allow, Bravida's clear ambition is to convene an extraordinary general meeting during the autumn for resolution on dividends and long-term incentive program.

“Covid-19 has created uncertainty in the Nordic region, but Bravida has a solid foundation. For several years, we have delivered good cash generation and stable profitability. This gives us a strong foundation now that we are facing an uncertain future”, says Mattias Johansson, CEO and President, Bravida.

In connection with this, Bravida's Nomination Committee has announced that they propose unchanged Board fees for 2020, an adjustment of the previous proposal.
