This is your chance to take part in Zumba, Street Cheer, Cheesy tunes and Pilates, all led by top island fitness instructors, in what deems to be two hours of sponsored fitness fun! The event is being supported by Carisbrooke Central Cluster Extended Service and Carisbrooke High School and takes place on Sunday 26 September at Carisbrooke High School, Newport, from 11am-1pm. Extra entertainment will come from the RAW Samba band playing as people arrive and the Hoverettes from Hovertravel playing as people finish, so should be an all round fun day! The Chamber of Health breast screening unit will also be at the event. As the pink month draws to an end, the charity is keen to reiterate the importance of breast cancer awareness and urges everyone to remember the five-point code. Remember the breast awareness five-point code: 1. Know what is normal for you 2. Look and feel 3. Know what changes to look for 4. Report any changes without delay 5.
