Mike O’Donoghue, Wales Pink Aerobics event planner said: “We are hoping for a huge turnout at our Pink Aerobics event. It is a really simple way for people to get involved in fundraising without having to train. This fun event is not too strenuous and is open to women and men of all fitness levels. The first two hours are drop in sessions and the second half of the event involves a slightly more energetic workout. But everyone is encouraged to do just as much as they feel like.” Breast Cancer Campaign’s aim is to beat breast cancer by funding innovative world-class research to understand how breast cancer develops, leading to improved diagnosis, treatment, prevention and cure. If you would like to host your own Pink Aerobics event please visit www.pinkaerobics.com call 01980 671305 or email info@lessbounce.com.
