Bricknode EGM: Approval for sale of Bricknode’s operational assets to Huddlestock
The Extraordinary General Meeting of Bricknode Holding AB (publ) (“Bricknode”) held today resolved to approve the transaction between Bricknode and Huddlestock Fintech AS regarding a transfer of all operational assets of Bricknode to Huddlestock in exchange for consideration shares in Huddlestock, which was disclosed by Bricknode on 15 March 2023 (the “Transaction”). All conditions for the Transaction have now been fulfilled and completion of the Transaction is expected to occur on Tuesday, 4 April 2023.
