Bricknode migrates to MongoDB and increases performance by 7 times

Bricknode has announced that it has successfully switched its choice of database to MongoDB in order to increase scalability, security and performance of its database. By changing into MongoDB the performance of computer intensive tasks has increased by 7 times.

STOCKHOLM, Jan. 29, 2014

Bricknode has announced an epic change of database technology which the company uses to run its cloud based financial service platform. Bricknode Financial Systems offers solutions for back office, portfolio management, insurance, financial advisors and trading of various financial instruments among other things.

With this important step Bricknode joins the likes of SAP, MetLife and other industry leaders who are also switching to MongoDB.
