The new fully integrated Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) went live in June 2010 and has already helped in making a dramatic impact on Fiddes Payne’s business, enabling them to reduce their stock investment by more than £500,000. SYSPRO has replaced legacy systems to improve efficiencies and remove duplicated data entry by providing a centralised source of management information and reports. “SYSPRO ticks the boxes as a cost-effective integrated system.
