All L1 Capital convertibles have now been converted.
As of 2019-09-04, L1 Capital has converted all convertibles in the financing agreement initiated by the parties in 2017.
In order to counteract the dilution effect of the financing solution, Brighter has on several occasions during the agreement period distributed free shareholder warrants. These can be subscribed during the periods below.
The warrants are listed and traded under the short names BRIG TO3 and BRIG TO4.
BRIG TO3
One (1) TO3 can be exchanged for one (1) share, at a price of SEK 4.

April 10-24, 2020
BRIG TO4
One (1) TO4 can be exchanged for one (1) share, at a price of SEK 6.01.
Subscription periods:
February 22 - March 8, 2020
August 25 - September 8, 2020
