Anna Malm Bernsten and Peter Sibirzeff new members of Brighter’s Board of Directors
At Brighter’s Annual General Meeting on June 15, Anna Malm Bernsten and Peter Sibirzeff were elected new members of the Board of Directors.
“Anna Malm Bernsten and Peter Sibirzeff are two fantastic additions that, with their respective experiences, will add great value in the Board’s general work and in the company's long-term development. Both have solid experience and knowledge from working with and in listed companies. Anna, with her unique profile comprising extensive board work, a deep knowledge of the life science industry and a solid international business background. Peter, with his extensive background as a successful business leader and broad experience in international entrepreneurship,” says Truls Sjöstedt, Brighter's Chairman of the Board.
Anna Malm Bernsten
Anna Malm Bernsten holds a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and have more than 25 years of operational experience in international business development, strategy, management and branding within lifescience. She has previously held senior positions at companies such as Pharmacia, GE Healthcare and ASSA ABLOY, and has broad board experience where she has served on the board of, among others, Oatly, Fagerhult, Nolato, Arcam, Björn Axén, Medivir, Probi and Moberg Pharma. Anna is currently a board member of Pågen and CellaVision.

Peter Sibirzeff
Peter Sibirzeff holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting & audit, as well as a minor in statistics, and is an experienced business leader from working with both European and American companies within FinTech and HealthTech. He is currently Director of 3Forge LLC, a world-leading US data visualization company with global clients such as Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse and Citibank. Earlier in his career, Peter successfully worked with both listed and VC funded companies in Sweden, England and now the United States.
