BRIG TO5 Warrant Exercise Price.
The exercise price for BRIG TO5 has been set to 10.56 SEK. The exercise price corresponds to 115 percent of the lowest volume-weighted average price of the Brighter share over the fifteen (15) Business Days immediately preceding the date of the agreement with Winance on May 28th 2019. The record date and the correlation between the number of existing shares and the distribution of warrants will be announced at a later date in connection with registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
