Brighter appoints interim CFO to deepen the company’s commercialization efforts

Brighter AB (Publ) (the “Company”) announces today that, with immediate effect, the Company has appointed Malin Hollander as interim CFO and member of the leadership team. The reason for the change in management is to further modernize and streamline the finance function and deepen the Company’s commercialization efforts.

Recruitment of a permanent CFO has started and Malin's assignment applies until the permanent role is filled.

Malin has more than + 20 years of extensive operational experience from leading financial positions, most recently as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Kry,s Nordic office with responsibility for finance, analytics, IT, purchase, legal and facilities. Prior to her assignment at Kry, Malin held roles such as CFO/Chief Information Officer (CIO) at PBM Sweden AB, CFO/COO at Medlink and Interim Financial Controller at Spotify.

Malin succeeds Christopher Robinson who is stepping down from his position as CFO and member of the management team with immediate effect but will be available to ensure a smooth handover.
