Brighter cancels the Annual General Meeting on June 17

The Board of Directors of Brighter AB (publ) has today decided to cancel and defer the Annual General Meeting, which was convened for this Thursday, 17 June 2021.

This decision was made due to the risk that minor deviations or ambiguities in compliance with formal requirements might jeopardize the integrity of the AGM resolutions, which entails that delaying the AGM is seen as the the only reasonable way forward.

Brighter's Board will shortly issue a new notice to convene its Annual General Meeting for 21  July 2021.
