Brighter is in discussions with Nectarine Health’s board and management to acquire the assets of Nectarine Health. EQT Ventures, a shareholder of Nectarine Health has had a long-term interest in assisted care solutions as the aging population and the associated problems form one of the mega trends that needs new solutions. The parties have signed a non-binding Letter of Intent and the parties are now working towards finalizing an agreement during January 2020.

Brighter's interest is driven by the opportunity to welcome Nectarine Health’s top of the class AI software and hardware engineers into the Brighter group, where Nectarine Health would continue to develop and launch its next version of game changing AI driven solutions for seniors who are living independently at home or in nursing homes.
