Brighter postpones publication of its Year End Report to March 26, 2015, in view of the cancellation of the launch of Brighter One.

In view of the cancellation of the launch of Brighter One, which Brighter communicated by means of a press release on February 6, Brighter delays the publication of its Year End Report to March 26, 2015.

The aborted launch needs to be addressed in the annual financial statements and we are, as announced in the press release February 6, investigating how to handle this. The Year End Report was originally scheduled for February 20, 2015.
