Brighter postpones publication of Q3 report

Brighter AB (Publ.) (“Brighter” or the “Company”) announces today that publication of the quarterly report for Q3 2022 has been postponed from November 23 to November 29. The reason is that Brighter's board needs more time to evaluate the situation after the district court's decision that the company's corporate restructuring must end.

With the district court's decision, Brighter's board needs more time to evaluate the situation, continue working on ongoing discussions and thus be able to communicate a clearer picture to the market in the report.
