Brighter's agreement with Erik Lissner as permanent CEO is under negotiation and is expected to be finalized at the end of June

Brighter AB (Publ) announced on 17  January 2022 that its Board of Directors extended the agreement with Erik Lissner as Acting CEO of Brighter until 15 June 2022 and that an agreement on permanent employment would commence thereafter.

As the contract negotiations have been pushed forward due to a heavy workload with focus on the commercialization in Qatar, the Annual General Meeting and the ongoing subscription period, Lissner will remain as acting CEO until the contract as permanent CEO is signed.

"This delay is only a matter of time management and prioritizations. Our discussions and negotiations are very positive, and we look forward to extending the contract with Erik as permanent CEO. I feel very confident that he and the team at Brighter will continue to run the company towards new upcoming milestones in both Qatar and other key markets." says Christer Trägårdh, Chairman of the Board of Brighter AB.
