Brighter’s nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting 2020
In accordance with the guidelines established at the AGM 2019, the nomination committee for Brighter’s AGM 2020 has now been appointed.
The committee consists of Truls Sjöstedt, acting chairperson of Brighter, Dennis Westermark as Chairman of the Committee, as well as Niclas Stenberg. Dennis Westermark and Niclas Stenberg have been elected to the Nomination Committee by two of the company's largest owners, Truls Sjöstedt and Recall Capital Nordic AB. The 2019 nomination committee members have all left the nomination committee.
The nomination committee shall, before the annual general meeting 2020, prepare proposals for the election of chairman and other members of the board of directors, the election of chairman of the annual meeting, election of auditors, the determination of fees and matters pertaining thereto.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee for the annual general meeting on May 8, 2020 can do so by email to boardnomination2020@brighter.se. Proposals should be submitted to the nomination committee before March 6, 2020.
