Brighter’s Nomination Committee for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2021

Brighter’s Nomination Committee for the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting 2021 has been appointed based on the ownership structure as of 30 September 2020 in line with the nomination committee instruction that was adopted at the 2020 Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee shall consist of Brighter’s Chairperson of the Board and representatives of the three largest shareholders. If any shareholder waives their right to nominate a representative, the shareholder next in order, in relation to the number of votes, shall be offered to nominate a representative. The Nomination Committee for the AGM 2021 consists of:

  • Brighter’s Chairperson of the Board
  • Carl-Adam Drakenberg
  • Nino Armoni
  • Truls Sjöstedt

The Nomination Committee shall prepare proposals on the following matters: (a) proposal for board directors, (b) proposal for auditor, (c) proposal for chair of the board, (d) proposal for remuneration to be paid to the directors, the chair of the board and remuneration for work in the committees, (e) proposal for remuneration to the auditor, (f) proposal for a chair of the annual general meeting and (g) a new instruction to the nomination committee if deemed necessary.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting on 17 May 2021 can do so by email to nomination2021@brighter.se. Proposals should be submitted to the nomination committee before 1 March 2021.
