Brighter’s subsidiary Nectarine Health completes its first commercial transaction with Peace of Mind Aging LLC by introducing subscription payments to its current end user trial
Brighter AB (Publ) today announces that its subsidiary Nectarine Health, acting through its US subsidiary, has agreed on an addendum to the end user trial agreement with Peace of Mind Aging LLC.
The addendum is an extension of the end user trial launched in September. It introduces a monthly subscription fee and means that Nectarine Health can now earn recurring revenues for new users who are added to the trial. Even though the amounts may remain low at the beginning, this is an important milestone for the business as this first signed commercial agreement brings Nectarine Health into the next stage of its commercialisation.
“This effectively constitutes our first commercial transaction in the US. Peace of Mind Aging LLC serves around 140 patients and we are currently working through how many of these patients can benefit from Nectarine Health™ at Home. This partner is a relatively small home health care provider but representative of a key part of the market which we look to engage with further in 2022”, says Matthias Tietze, CEO of Nectarine Health.
