Brighters new issue of shares is oversubscribed

Brighter AB, during December 5 to December 19, completed a successful new issue of shares. This was oversubscribed to 113 percent and together with loans the company gets 6.1 million SEK, which meets the company's need for capital for the delivery of existing orders.

In total, the Board decided that 660 971 shares shall be allotted in this issue, which means that the company gets 2 115 107.20 SEK. The share capital is increased by 33 048.55 SEK, representing an increase of 5.9%. Total number of shares after the new issue of shares is registered will be 11,897,481 pcs. Apart from the new issue Brighter will get 4 million in loans and credits.

This means that Brighter now have the resources needed to launch production of Brighter One ™ - the world's first complete all-in-one product for diabetes self care. This enables the company to deliver on existing orders worth 24.5 million SEK from Rubin Medical and begin to show positive sales figures.
