Communication from the AGSM of Brighter AB.
Brighter’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting was held on Friday June 9, 2017 at the company’s office in Stockholm, Kista.
Income statements and balance sheets were established and decisions were taken unanimously on disposals of income according to the balance sheet as determined in accordance with the annual report.
The AGSM granted unanimous discharge to board members and CEO.
The AGSM resolved unanimously also to retain the former board and auditor and that compensation for them should be paid according to the proposal in the notice.
The AGSM resolved unanimously to amend the Articles of Association in accordance with Option 3 of the Notice.
The meeting unanimously decided also to give the Board authorization to issue shares in accordance with the summons.
The AGSM resolved unanimously also to approve the proposed instructions for the nomination committee.
The AGSM also resolved to instruct the board to return with improved options programs for board, staff and key resources.
