Brighter’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting was held on Wednesday May 16, 2018 at the company’s address in Stockholm, Kista.
The annual general meeting voted unanimously in accordance with proposals from the official notification of the annual general meeting, except for the change of bylaws in bullet point 15 from the notification. Due to erroneous wording in bullet point 15 in the official notification of the annual general meeting it was decided to remove that decision from the agenda.
