Brighter (publ) here by make a clarification regarding the Nomination Committee and the text on page 20 in the annual report has been amended to reflect correct information.

The Nomination Committee consists of Brighter's Chairman of the Board Emilie Erhardt Winiarski, Nino Armoni and Truls Sjöstedt. Truls Sjöstedt is the chairman of the nomination committee. During the year, Carl-Adam Drakenberg requested to resign
