Exercise period of BRIG TO4 begins February 22
February 22 – March 8 2020 is exercise period of Brighter TO4 during which holders of the warrants can subscribe for shares. One (1) TO4 can be exchanged for one (1) share during the period, at a price of SEK 2.
Holders of warrants who have their warrants registered in custody at a bank or fund commissioner shall contact their bank or fund commissioner if they want to exercise the warrants and subscribe for the corresponding shares.
Exercise of the warrants and subscription of shares for other holders of warrants takes place through simultaneous payment and submittal of the registered application form, signed and submitted to the Company’s share agent (Eminova Fondkommission) no later than 16:00 CET on March 8, 2020. The application form is provided by Eminova Fondkommission.
