Last day of trading with Brighter BTA

The share issue that Brighter announced on November 18, 2019, has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The last day of trading with Brighter BTA (Paid Subscribed Share) is February 6, 2020. Conversion will take place on February 10, 2020 and the new shares are expected to be found on the securities account on February 12, 2020.
