Last day of trading with Brighter BTU

The unit issue that Brighter announced 29 January 2021 has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The last day of trading with Brighter BTU (Paid Subscribed Unit) is April 8 2021. Conversion will take place on April 12 2021 and the new shares and TO6 warrants are expected to reach the securities account on April 14 2021.
