Brighter AB (Publ) announces today that a link to the digital postal voting form is available for the company's Extraordinary General Meeting on December 7 at 13.00.
The link to the form can be found below and on the company's website www.brighter.se under "EGM December 2021"

The form must be completed and submitted no later than December 5, 2021. Only one form per shareholder will be considered. If more than one form is submitted, only the latest will be considered. Incomplete or incorrectly completed forms as well as forms without valid authorization documents may be disregarded.
Please note that shareholders who choose to vote by mail must ensure that they also pre-register within the time prescribed in the notice, ie no later than Wednesday 1 December, and that shareholders who have their shares nominee-registered must re-register the shares in their own name. Instructions on this can be found in the Notice.
