Participation in Brighters share issue – last day to subscribe for shares

The last day for the subscription of new shares, using the subscription rights, is January 10, 2020. Some banks and brokers may require you to have the funds needed for the transaction in your account before this date in order for the actual conversion to shares to be able to occur. You also need to notify your bank that you want to subscribe for shares in the issue, in addition to having liquid funds in the account.

Contact your bank or broker for instructions immediately if you intend to participate but are unsure of how to, as the issue ends tomorrow.
