Recalculation of warrants in series TO5
Due to the issuance of new shares in the rights issue announced on November 18, 2019, Brighter AB (publ) ("Brighter") has, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the TO5 Brighter warrants, carried out a recalculation of the TO5 warrants.
Changes have been made to both the subscription price of the warrants and the number of Brighter shares that each warrant entitle subscription for. Information on the recalculated terms is shown below:
Warrants Series TO5
The subscription price in the TO5 series is, after recalculation, SEK 6.40 per share. Prior to the recalculation, the subscription price was SEK 10.56 per share.
The number of Brighter shares that each warrant in the TO5 series entitles subscription for after the recalculation, is 1.65. Prior to the recalculation, 1 warrant entitled subscription of 1 share.
The remaining subscription periods in series TO5 are
- 22 May – 5 June, 2020
- 20 November – 4 December, 2020
- 21 May – June 4, 2021
- 22 November – 6 December, 2021
- 23 May – 6 June, 2022
- 21 November – 5 December, 2022
- 23 May – 5 June, 2023
