Reminder: Brighter TO4 ceases to exist September 8 – this is the last chance to convert the warrants into shares

August 25 to September 8, 2020 is the last exercise period of Brighter TO4 during which holders of these warrants can subscribe for shares. One warrant gives the right to subscribe for one share at the subscription price of SEK 2. The TO4 warrants will after this exercise period become worthless and the holder will no longer have any right to subscribe for the shares.

Holders of TO4 warrants who have their warrants registered in custody at a bank or broker shall contact their bank or broker if they want to exercise the warrants and subscribe for the corresponding shares. Your bank or broker may set an earlier deadline for administrative reasons – therefore, make sure to contact them in good time before September 8 if you want to participate.

Exercise of the warrants and subscription of shares for the other holders of warrants, those who do not have their warrants registered with a bank or broker, takes place through simultaneous payment and submittal of the registered application form, signed and delivered to the Company’s share agent, Eminova Fondkommission, no later than 16:00 CET on September 8, 2020.
