The acquisition of Nectarine Health has now been finalized

Brighter AB (publ) has today completed the previously announced acquisition of Nectarine Health, a Swedish innovation company developing AI-care solutions within the elderly care sector.

The transaction is finalized through a rights issue in which Brighter issues and allots 2,266,682 shares at a price of SEK 5.72 per share. Brighter's share capital increases by SEK 113,334.10. In total, the number of shares in Brighter after the transaction amounts to 194,051,042. The share capital after the transaction amounts to SEK 9,702,552.10.
