The Board of Directors of Brighter fully subscribes to the Benefit Issue

The entire Board of Directors of Brighter intend to subscribe fully to the rights issue announced on November 18, 2019 (“the Benefit Issue").

Earlier the company announced that Executive Chairman of the Board Truls Sjöstedt and the CEO Henrik Norström intend to subscribe for their respective shares.
